Quiet Lights A game by Shankproof ↗

Android playtest · Looking for curious minds

A small pause.
One clear mind.

A few lights. A simple rule. That lovely moment when everything clicks.

Quiet Lights is a small puzzle game for the moments in between. Tap a tile to flip it and its neighbors. Turn every light off.

Android phone or tablet · No timer · No ads

A little look at the game. Real gameplay, no sound needed.

Easy to pick up. Something to think about.

Small boards.
Surprising little connections.

01 / THE RULE

One tap reaches further.

Each tap flips its tile and the tiles directly above, below, left, and right. Sometimes turning a light on is part of turning them all off.

02 / YOUR PACE

Take your time.

Fourteen handcrafted puzzles, from 3×3 to 5×5. Undo a move, start again, or revisit a favorite. Your progress stays on your device.

03 / ANOTHER TRY

Find your own way.

After solving, see the minimum moves and your personal best. Every solve counts. A perfect score is an invitation, never a requirement.

A small game, still taking shape

Your next little pause
could help make it better.

I’m Ryan, the developer behind Quiet Lights. I’m looking for Android players to try the game and tell me what feels good, what feels confusing, and where the challenge takes a jump.

No puzzle expertise needed. A few honest observations are useful.

A few things to know.

The Play Store says the game isn’t available. What now?

Check that you joined the tester group and accepted the test invitation using the same account selected in your phone’s Play Store. Availability also depends on the test’s supported devices and countries. If you’re still stuck, email me below.

What feedback would help?

Which puzzle felt like a sudden step up? Did the tap outlines help you understand what changed? Did anything feel awkward on your screen? Tell me the puzzle name and your phone or tablet model when reporting an issue.

Does the game need an account or internet connection?

Google enrollment and installation require a Google account and an internet connection. The game itself works offline, without an in-game account. Progress, preferences, and personal bests are stored locally.
